The CCNNZ Awards recognise and celebrate excellence and provide a mechanism for triggering thought-leadership, professional networking and shared learning.

Congratulations Ocean Palmer

Awarded to the Contact Centre Agent (Outbound or Inbound) who makes the most significant contribution to assist the team and contact centre to meet or exceed key performance objectives.

Ocean Plamer, Customer Service Representative from Dulux Group, was the CCNNZ Agent of the Year winner (sponsored by tcn). Ocean excelled in her role with exceptional performance and leadership. She handled the highest volume of calls and orders, receiving multiple awards, including the Values and Behaviours award and the People’s Choice award.

Ocean was instrumental in improving processes that significantly reduced response times for her team, and her strong communication skills allowed her to diffuse challenging situations.

She also took the initiative to mentor her peers and lead team engagement activities, showcasing her commitment to both customer service and team collaboration. Join us in congratulating Ocean on her achievements!
