Congratulations Marc van Zuilan

Awarded to the Contact Centre Multimedia Agent who makes the most significant contribution to assist the team and contact centre to meet or exceed key performance objectives.

Marc van Zuilen, the Client Relationship Manager at Fisher Funds and CCNNZ National Contact Centre Multimedia Agent of the Year winner (sponsored by Yaxxa), showcased remarkable adaptability in managing various communication channels, including live chat, emails, and customer inquiries.

He demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of complex financial products, acting as the “go-to” person for both his team and clients. Marc emphasised his strong communication skills, highlighting how he balances technical knowledge with empathetic customer interactions.

He played a key role in process improvements, such as creating templates to reduce response times, and was involved in significant projects like AI chatbot implementation, consistently enhancing customer experience and team collaboration.
