Congratulations Glen Tylee

This award recognises a person involved in supporting important Contact Centre unit functions that ultimately reflect on the frontline performance, such as operations management, workforce planning, subject matter expertise, quality assurance and/or back-office administration support.

Glen Tylee, System Support Lead at Fonterra, stood out in the CCNNZ National Support Professional of the Year (sponsored by 2B Connected) interview where he excelled in automating service centre processes, enhancing efficiency with innovations like Microsoft Power Automate for issue tracking and implementing an auto-answer feature that reduced call handling issues by 66%.

Glen’s proactive leadership extended to building relationships across teams, improving the use of systems like Genesis Cloud, and driving continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement and knowledge sharing. Notably, Glen’s efforts during critical events, like cyclone Gabrielle response, and passion for AI and cybersecurity demonstrated both commitment to service excellence and forward-thinking innovation in the industry.
