Congratulations Stella Forsman

Awarded to the Contact Centre Team Leader who makes the most significant contribution to inspire, engage and connect their team to meet or exceed key performance objectives.

Stella Forsman, the Digital Team Leader at 2degrees, stood out in the CCNNZ National Team Leader of the Year (sponsored by Yaxxa) interview for her strong leadership and results-driven approach.

Overseeing a team of 13 digital representatives, she emphasised personalised development plans and achieved a 70% first-contact resolution rate with an 80% quality score. Her leadership was instrumental in the success of an AI chatbot project, contributing to her team’s high performance.

Stella also fostered team engagement through regular check-ins, competitions, and goal-setting, while focusing on career progression for her team members. Please join us in congratulating Stella!
