Reporting to the Head of Business Service Delivery, Customer Care, in this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Dealer Support Agents, within our award winning Call Centre. You will work to create a service -orientated environment, which delivers proactive frontline support to our customers.
Key success factors include:
• At least 2 years proven leadership experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre
• A self-starter – not afraid to push the envelope in getting the most from your people
• Outgoing personality who is up for a challenge and is passionate about making a difference
• Proficient in MS Office suite including Windows, Word and Outlook, and in particular Excel
• Good planning, prioritisation, follow up and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to develop effective working relationships
• Be flexible in working hours and able to work shifts
