Contact Centre Network New Zealand (CCNNZ) operates as an incorporated society,
established in April 2009 by Contact Centre professionals.

If you, your company or organisation are involved in customer contacts,
then you are invited to join this group.


To empower customer contact professionals and organisations through knowledge sharing, best-practice training, networking, and advocacy for customer engagement excellence.


Our mission is to lead industry growth and improvement by elevating customer engagement and setting high standards of excellence through education, collaboration, and advocacy.


Our vision is to be Aotearoa’s leading body for customer engagement excellence, shaping the industry’s future and positively impacting customer engagement.
