ACC Lead Forecast Analyst, Customer Services – Wellington


ACC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Forecast Analyst to join us. Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you will work alongside and lead a team of technical specialists in telephony, forecasting, reporting and analysis of service delivery with revenue collection.

You’ll be applying your business forecasting knowledge to support your team and the wider Customer Services group with forecasting customer responses; tracking debt levels and the calculation of resource requirements to ensure informed decisions are being made and communicated clearly across the board. Your professional judgment and decision-making ability will be second to none, and backed by well-developed relationship management skills as you will need to balance the requirements and demands of multiple internal business partners and customers, as well as maintaining and developing relationships with external stakeholders.

Using your knowledge of business analytics and improvement methodologies, you will lead and participate in initiatives to deliver operational and strategic benefits to the business. When it comes to leading your team, you will have proven leadership experience, gained either in an operational or project environment, demonstrating high standards of people management and day to day operational issues, coaching the team to produce high quality results to really drive the team forward.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of three years of experience in a senior data/reporting analysis role, along with leadership experience within a contact centre environment.
