ACC – Shared Services Manager, Customer Service

We are seeking an experienced professional Manager who has a proven track record of managing multi-functional teams that support our customer facing businesses.

The Shared Services Team is a key enabling unit and is responsible for delivering value added functions to our Customer Services Business Group, who are the main contact point for ACC levy payers who have a query about or need help in paying their ACC levies.

These functions include:

• Learning and Development

• Technical advice to Customer Service staff

• Forecasting and analysis for our Contact Centre and Debt Management Unit

• Contact Centre queue management and telephony support.

You will be an experienced professional manager, with strong strategic, planning, leadership, change management, communication and effective relationship management skills. It is likely that you have technical expertise gained in a contact centre, large operations management environment or managing a shared services team in another large organisation.

This successful applicant will be a member of the Customer Services Leadership Team and contribute to the future direction of our business and the corporation.
