Air New Zealand’s contact centre team is full of talented consultants providing efficient and personal service to our customers here and around the world. This is a dynamic role requiring both technical capability and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will:
• Be technically savvy with advanced computer skills and able to work with complex systems
• Proven experience within a contact centre environment or similar role
• Have sales experience and the ability to meet targets
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Display a genuine passion for people and providing exceptional service
We are open 7 days a week / 365 days a year so we need people who are flexible and happy to work on a rotating roster. However you will know your roster 4 weeks in advance so you have the ability to plan and make the most of life outside of work.
