Air New Zealand’s contact centre team is full of talented consultants providing efficient and personal service to our customers here and around the world. This is a dynamic role requiring both technical capability and excellent communication skills.

We grow our people here and strive to provide a supportive environment focused on continuous improvement and personal development. All our consultants start in Sales and Service and we develop our internal talent for opportunities within specialist teams and leadership roles.

The ideal candidate will:

 • Be technically savvy with advanced computer skills and able to work with complex systems

• Proven experience within a contact centre environment or similar role

• Have sales experience and the ability to meet targets

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

• Display a genuine passion for people and providing exceptional service

We are open 7 days a week / 365 days a year so we need people who are flexible and happy to work on a rotating roster. However you will know your roster 4 weeks in advance so you have the ability to plan and make the most of life outside of work.
