We have a fantastic opportunity for the right person(s), Monday – Friday either a 8am – 1pm role or a 12.30 – 5.30pm role.
Your key responsibilities will be providing a professional first point of contact for Paymark which includes;
Answering incoming calls
• Greeting guests
• Coordinating incoming / outgoing mail / faxes and couriers
• Provide meeting and event support by coordinating catering and refreshments
• Coordinate dry cleaning services
• Coordinate travel arrangements
