We have some exciting opportunities for customer service professionals to join and help shape our new Contact Centre. This is an exciting time to join our organisation as we are growing fast and are implementing many exciting projects and initiatives to elevate the quality of our customer interactions.
You’ll be part of a driven, highly-qualified and multi-talented team who are proud to work here. As the first point of contact for a wide range of our stakeholders this role is the ‘voice’ of our organisation and ensures a positive and memorable customer experience. This role engages with trainees from all walks of life, business owners, partnership organisations and internal customers so it’s hugely varied and no day is ever the same!
In this role you will have the opportunity to learn all about how our organisation works and the ins and outs of the 21 industries we work with.
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate:
-A strong customer service ethic demonstrated in previous CSR roles
-A solid track record of stability and evidence of self-improvement within your roles
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-A positive, upbeat disposition
-Willingness to work as part of a team
-The ability to remain calm under pressure
-Availability to work rotating shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm Mon – Fri
-A minimum 2 years customer service experience
