CCiNZ has launched a new members-only section of their website today, which provides members with access to best practice information, tools, techniques, competitions and much more.
CCiNZ members are now able to use their personal login details to access the new Members Section by signing in at the top of the CCiNZ website home page. Once logged in, members are provided with a new home page with portals to a number of key areas of the Members Section and can view new pages that become unlocked.
Members can start their experience by clicking on the Welcome Video hosted by CCiNZ Chair Kathryn Starr, which also provides a brief virtual tour highlighting a number of the important new areas in the Members Section.
New features include a new navigation menu that clearly highlights the activities that align with CCiNZ’s purpose to Support, Educate and Engage Contact Centre professionals in New Zealand. Other features include Special Offers and Competitions for members, Book Reviews and a Library full of resources that CCiNZ members can download for free.
Recruitment and industry placements has been expanded from the original Situations Vacant page, with Looking for Work, a new page for job seekers to publish their CVs and Movers & Shakers, a new page that announces the latest industry placements. CCiNZ members can post their vacancies, job seeker advertisements or their latest appointments by submitting information directly through these pages or by emailing email@example.com.
The Gallery section holds photos taken at CCiNZ and other related industry events. Members can easily view photos online and download the images that they’d like to keep, for free. The Industry page provides overview statistics about the industry, while the voice of the industry is captured on the Polls page, keeping track of past polls that are run on the website home page.
To celebrate the launch of the new Members Section, CCiNZ is running a competition with a prize pack worth $1,300. Get your entry in before 30 November to be into win – winner takes all!
