Welcome Back
Welcome back we’ve got lots of exciting events and networking opportunities coming up for you this year.

So far we’ve confirmed several events throughout the country and have confirmed the date for the 2013 CCiNZ annual conference, which will be held on the 20th September 2013.
This is a fantastic event, and you cannot miss it. We have already started planning the details of 2013 conference to ensure we have the best relevant speakers. Although registrations are not yet open, we will keep you posted with updates.

2013 CCiNZ Awards
These are indeed the key industry awards that recognise excellence at the Team Leader and Contact Centre Manager levels within the New Zealand Contact Centre industry.

  • Information about the 2012 CCiNZ Awards can be found on the Awards page on the CCiNZ website. We also recommend reading the interviews with the 2011 CCiNZ Award winners (Tony Sumner, Karen Sharp and Gayl Roden).

New Members Welcome
As a Contact Centre professional, whether as a Manager, Team Leader or CSR, we often think how different our roles are. Different can mean exciting, rewarding, challenging, frustrating and many other strong descriptions. As with anything in life sharing these emotions is hugely beneficial. Whether it is to share the wins and give someone else hope or ideas, or share the downs and have someone give you the hope and ideas, sharing is good. Sharing and support is a lot of what CCiNZ is about and we would encourage you to join us so that you can add to the wealth of knowledge within this organisation or benefit from it.

Seeking New Opportunities in 2013 or looking to recruit?
On the CCiNZ website is a place where members can post their credentials and attract new opportunities. Visit the Looking for Work page to upload your information or email it to info@ccinz.org.nz to raise your profile for free.

We also have a great spot on the CCiNZ website to profile your vacancies and it’s free to all members. Send vacancy details to info@ccinz.org.nz and be sure to include an expiry date. Situations Vacant is open to all CCiNZ members, including recruitment companies and other vendor members.
