Our high value clients require a consultative approach to pre-sales, contact centre best practise and technology leadership.  Cogent enjoys great relationships with many Blue Chip New Zealand businesses and we have an excellent technical team, capable of delivering high performance Contact Centre solutions. Our vision is to increase our engagement and value with our existing clients and improve our Contact Centre market share. 

The role will “kick start” a complete end to end Contact Centre Consulting and Professional Services Team. Encompassing client consulting, pre-sales, solution design and contact centre best practise. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead Contact Centre Consulting, Experts and Specialists, delivering the very best in New Zealand.

We are seeking a leader with exceptional contact centre experience in consulting, service delivery, management and consulting capabilities. Someone who is passionate about client engagement, business transformation and technology. For the right person this will be an exceptional role and opportunity.
