This role is the kick-start to your new career! We have an opening for a Contact Centre Agent to join our Customer Service Team at Auckland Airport. Our Customer Service Agents are responsible for taking and actioning inbound telephone calls, bookings, queries, and providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers. This is a full time permanent role where flexibility is key – you’ll need to be able to commit to a rotational roster between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm Monday to Saturday. In addition to a superb customer service ethic we are looking for people who can demonstrate reliability, sound Microsoft Suite and attention to detail. To be considered you will also need to have a minimum of 12 months contact centre experience, show an ability to manage conflict, solve problems and of course possess an excellent phone manner.
