Contact Centre Team Leader, Auckland Location

Lead this 35 seat Centre & implement new systems over a maternity cover contract

This 35 seat contact centre is looking for a manager to cover maternity leave for 12 months. As well as maintaining the daily running of the centre you will be involved in the implementation of the new CRM and telephony systems.

We are looking for an individual who has managed a centre or large team before and has the following experience and skill set to bring to the team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong decision-making skills.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Able to analyse data/situations and resolve issues.

• Demonstrated commitment to constructive problem solving and conflict resolution.

• Effective Team Management, knows how to build a strong team, develop and get the best out of people, builds the competence of the team to deal with difficult customers.

• High degree of computer literacy in particular Excel.

• Effective time management skills.

• An ability to meet deadlines and priorities as well as excellent time management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of a contact centre operation. You will be responsible for the overall management of your team including coaching and motivating staff, performance management and conflict resolution. You will have the ability to think strategically and manage staff to achieve individual and team KPI’s. You will be well versed with contact centre terminology and proficient with the Microsoft Office suit.
