We are in the enviable position of growing and therefore expanding our team based at East Tamaki, Auckland.  We are looking for a number of superstars to join our amazing team.  You would be working as a Credit Account Manager and would have your own customer ledger.  You will apply your investigative mind and negotiation skills and use different communication channels and tracing techniques to improve the cash flow from the debtor’s ledger and reduce debt write off.

What is the role all about?
• Inbound and Outbound communications with customers to establish payment arrangements and   continue payments.
• Negotiate and collect revenue for the business
• Use Credit Tracing techniques to establish leads to successfully locate customers avoiding their financial responsibilities
• Provide effective support to our Field team
• Ensure legislative compliance
• Maintain accurate records for every one of your customer accounts
