Customer Experience Representatives, Auckland

Customer care, it’s the make and break of a great organisation.  So here at The Warehouse Group Financial Services we are raising the bar.  Quite simply we want Customer Experience Reps whom live, breathe and embody exceptional customer service.

The Job

This is not your run-of-the-mill Call Centre job.  In fact it’s quite unique.  We are ramping up our contact centre so you will be one of a number of new faces.  Essentially you will answer in-bound calls and ensure customer queries are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreements.  Your professional and friendly manner will see you build rapport easily with our customers and drive customer loyalty, because at the end of the day it is all about the customer experience.

You will work a 37.5 hour week across a rotational roster, with your normal hours falling between 8am-10pm Monday – Sunday. In saying that we need some people who are keen or open to working the occasional after hours shift, given the 24/7 nature of our business.


About you

Willing, enthusiastic, adaptable, excellent communication skills, a great team member – these sum up the key qualities we are after.  It’s a given that you will previous contact centre experience, financial service experience would be a real bonus.  Your computer savviness, coupled with your ability to deal with multiple products across multiple systems will see you make it in this role. It’s essential that you have NZ citizenship or Permanent Residency.
