We are recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to start in Mid-January 2016

As a key member of our “Inbound Contact Centre” you will be the voice of ASB for our customers.

Due to our client requirements we need people who have a second language competency in either Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean.

If you’ve got those awesome communication skills and a passion for helping customers out, providing them with the right information and educating them on our products and services then this might just be the opportunity for you!

You will pursue everything with energy and drive and will be passionate about the important stuff, such as service and sales, the ASB Brand and most importantly our customers. A background in customer service and/or sales will help you get ahead of the game. In addition to this you will need to have the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

Hours: 40 hours per week (Daytime shifts with rostered weekend work)
