In this phone-based inbound role, you will be;
• Responsible for listening to customer concerns with a solutions focus.
• Asking the right questions and providing recommendations around appropriate products and services.
• Motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
• Target orientated and results driven.

We’ll provide all the necessary training in your first five weeks, so that when you start in the role, you’ll be ready to provide that special energy to all of our customers.
