• Part time 8:30am to 12:30pm, Monday to Friday

• Relocating in March to Penrose

We are looking for a number of high performing individuals who want to branch out of their current retail environment and move in to a customer service role.

To be successful in these roles, candidates should be able to demonstrate at least 12 months experience in a customer service environment, have a great telephone manner, strong listening skills and be able to effectively think on their feet while following best practice and process.

What we are looking for:

• People orientated and customer service focused

• At least 1 years experience in a phone based customer service role

• Ability to pick up new systems quickly

• Has an excellent phone manner

• Superb communication both written and verbal

• Be tech savvy as you will working on databases and systems

• Available ASAP and ongoing

• Legally able to work in NZ
