We know that our customers keep the world spinning, so we need to treat them right! That’s where you come in. As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the face of our business, assisting customers with all manner of things. From querying their credit card statement to investigating their borrowing options, you’ll handle the variety of calls with a smile on your face, constantly looking for opportunities to add value by offering appropriate products and services and in turn, retain happy customers.
This role is a full time position on a rotating roster. Your roster will include approximately 1 weekend every 3-4 weeks along with some late nights. You’ll be given your roster 3 weeks in advance. We work very friendly hours for a call centre. Our standard call centre hours opening hours are:
• Monday – Wednesday, 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Thursday – Friday, 8.30am – 9.00pm
• Saturday – Sunday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
