Your Impact: Based in Te Rapa in our newly established and growing service centre, this brand new role as our Workforce Analyst will see you taking team performance to the next level as we roll out an analytical, proactive approach to workforce planning and optimisation.
Day to day you’ll be responsible for workforce planning – driving a better customer experience by scoping out who fits where and when based on team skills and capabilities. With your analytical mind you’ll be reporting around operational metrics, then using that vital information to work alongside our team leads to coordinate workforce optimisation and planning. Forecasting and developing workforce insights will also be second nature to you as you support our short, medium and long term plans. It is important you are actively involved in identifying areas of risk within the forecasts and rosters then making recommendations or changes to mitigate that risk.
At a higher level, we really need someone who has the ability to analyse problems, research, investigate and provide meaningful solutions that maximise the farmer experience and aid continuous improvement.
About You: This is a unique role with high impact so you’ll need a proactive, self-managed approach coupled with strong analytical skills and customer focus to excel. You’ll be a commercial thinker with solid business acumen, someone who understands the cost and quality impacts of changes to the workforce. It goes without saying you’ll have great interpersonal skills and will be someone who can influence change. As farming is our business it would be beneficial if you have an affinity for the rural sector. Other key skills and experience include:
• Solid experience with workforce planning or analysis
• Intermediate systems skills (particularly MS Excel)
• Proven experience from within a large call centre environment
