We’re looking for an outstanding Front Line Customer Service Leader to lead the delivery of exceptional services to our members. The role will be responsible for championing the frontline member services across the organisation, strategic planning and resourcing of the Customer Service function.

To succeed you’ll need; exceptional relationship, financial and change management skills, considerable experience in process improvement and management of a customer focused team.

Reporting to the General Manager, Shared Services you’ll have an innovative and fresh approach to getting things done, be credible and influential, have demonstrated experience contributing to a leadership team and enjoy interacting with a wide range of people.
