The Role

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Workforce Manager based in Hamilton. Reporting to the General Manager Customer Operations, you will play a key role as a leader and trusted advisor relating to workforce strategies, tactical plans and real-time management to maximise performance outcomes across a multi-brand and multi-channel operation.

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operation of the workforce management function which will include forecasting, scheduling, real-time management and business analysis activities. You will also be leading a team of Forecasters, Schedulers and Workforce Planners.

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have the expertise of forecasting methods and concepts, real-time management techniques and scheduling analytics at a leadership level. You will have success in operations management along with People Leadership skills. 

To be considered for this role you will demonstrate the following:

  • Workforce Management experience with demonstrated complex problem-solving experience in data analysis and analytic tools
  • Relevant experience in a call centre related industry or environment
  • Worked at the appropriate leadership level within an organisation reporting line through to GM or equivalent level
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
