Do you have an investigative mind and great negotiation skills? We are looking for our next superstar to join an amazing team based in East Tamaki, Auckland. Working as a Credit Account Manager you will have your own customer ledger who you will work closely with utilizing different communication channels and tracing techniques to improve the cash flow from the debtor’s ledger and reduce debt write off. 

What is the role all about?
• Inbound and Outbound communications with customers to establish payment arrangements and continue payments.
• Negotiate and collect revenue for the business
• Use Credit Tracing techniques to establish leads to successfully locate customers avoiding their financial responsibilities
• Provide effective support to our Field team
• Ensure legislative compliance
• Maintain accurate records for every one of your customer accounts
