A very exciting project is being piloted in Christchurch to transition 300 people on health and disability benefits back into the workforce.
Many leading Christchurch and national employers have partnered with the Ministry of Social Development to make this happen. Nicky Wagner the Minister for Health and Disabilities and the MP for Christchurch Central is leading the project.
Minister Wagner is hosting a morning tea to discuss her project in more detail with leaders such as yourself from the Contact Centre Industry.
Early intervention and working together in partnership with Government and leading organisations has proven a very successful formula to help break the dependency cycle.
We would be delighted to discuss this project in more detail with either yourself or one of your Christchurch representatives at the Minister’s morning tea.
