Customer Service Representative
We currently have part time opportunities for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives working 40 hours per fortnight in our Contact Centre based in Penrose. Our inbound Contact Centre is a crucial part of the services AA offers, orchestrating roadside assistance and peace of mind for New Zealand road users every day. This role has at least one weekend day of work (either Saturday or a Sunday) Range of hours between 7 am to 11 pm Limited roles available Potential to go full time in the future To get you started we provide three weeks of full-time paid training; this involves class room learning, working alongside our friendly team, and getting outside to see what it takes to keep New Zealand moving. This training period is Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30 and will require a full commitment from you, no exceptions. Our next induction starts on the 27th of October, 2020. As a part of our CRM Contact Centre award-winning team you will directly assist in mobilising our members; creating solutions, sharing expertise and thinking quickly to keep New Zealand moving.
