12 month fixed-term opportunity

This role sits within our Operations group and is tasked with enabling our team to deliver great customer experiences to New Zealanders, through leading the Business Customer Contact Centre.
We are seeking an exceptional manager who has the demonstrated experience to lead a significant scale operational team through a period of change. Your passion for leading change means you can implement our strategic initiatives, yet your leadership skills, warm persona and approachability means you can bring out the best in a team.
This is a role that will have high visibility with the opportunity to demonstrate your influencing and leadership skills. You’ll be responsible for identifying and implementing key changes to support the achievement of the strategy and business plan. To add to the variety you’ll experience in this role, you’ll be engaging with key stakeholders across ACC to achieve customer outcomes and service levels. There really are huge opportunities here if you’re ready to grab them during this period of change.
– Do you have significant experience managing a comparably sized contact centre?
– Are you highly familiar with contact centre practices, technology, systems and processes?
– Do you have significant experience leading through change?
