NZ Post Group Executive Manager – Contact Centres

Now is an exciting time to join this area of our business as we are embarking on significant transformational change – consolidating our ECL and NZ Post Contact Centres into one operating model.

This is a senior level role in our organisation that has leadership accountability for our Contact Centres in Auckland and Christchurch. You will provide guidance to Group Leadership and be a key member of the project team on the transformation from a people, technology, operational, commercial and customer experience perspective.

Your in-depth industry experience will be complimented by a proven ability to influence across all levels of a complex and diverse organisation and your track record of senior level success will be testament to your reputation as an innovative leader.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be business savvy with strong commercial aptitude

• Have a record of success in strategy development and implementation

• Have strong and persuasive communication skills and an ability to influence and help others maintain standards of customer service during change

• Show demonstrated experience engaging and building culture and capability
