We have a have a unique opportunity for a Contact Centre Superstar to train new entrants to the industry.
Working for one of New Zealand’s leading training providers you will be responsible for providing effective, student centred tuition. You will provide support to students to achieve their goals and inspire them in their future endeavours.
For this Hamilton based role previous contact centre experience in a leadership capacity is a must. Experience in IPEX will set you apart from the rest. Ideally you will also have a teaching or training qualification.
You will bring an innovative approach to work, integrity and a positive outlook to inspire and support the students. Exceptional time management and a can do attitude will see you succeed in the role.
