Are you an experienced leader who thrives on leading diverse teams with a passion for leading through others? Well, we have got a great opportunity that you won’t want to miss – managing the Shared Services Team.

This is a newly created role. The Shared Services team has 25 staff who manage a variety of functions ranging from forecasting, data analytics, queue management, telephony, training and technical advice. Shared Services provide support to and are part of the Customer Services team.

You will have solid experience in strategic thinking, financial management and change management. Another of your key strengths includes project management disciplines.

Operational effectiveness is a key focus, managing performance with clear team objectives and direction.

You’ll be responsible for helping staff to achieve their full potential by providing leadership and coaching to create a high performing, best practice, customer centric team. In this leadership role you’ll be developing initiatives to provide accurate and timely information which supports Customer Services to achieve great results for customers and reach our objectives.

This is an exciting and busy role where you will be able to make the most of your strong leadership, communication and planning skills, demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure and confidence to make quick effective considered decisions.
