We have a new opportunity for a workforce planner to join this organisation in South Auckland’s Highbrook business park. You are either an experienced workforce planner looking to join an organisation where you can add value, or perhaps you have had some exposure to workforce planning and are confident enough to take the step into a sole charge position.
Your key function is to ensure service level targets are met through forecasting and planning. You will be involved in analysis and reporting to the contact centre manager and senior leadership team which will ensure optimal results are achieved.
Ideally you will have experience using Impact 360 or Optimizer however if you have utilised other work force planning software you will be able to pick these up no problems.
The role will require you to be very analytical as you review trends, reports and communicate effective ways to aid continuous improvement to standard business process. You will need the ability to build strong internal relationships and be able to communicate and influence senior managers in the contact centre environment.
This contact centre provides financial services to New Zealand consumers and you will be providing the scheduling for up to 40 seats. The organisation has some fantastic benefits on offer as well as a competitive salary package and free onsite parking.
