Customer Contact Network New Zealand (CCNNZ) operates as an incorporated society, established in April 2009 by Contact Centre professionals.

Purpose

To empower customer contact professionals and organisations through knowledge sharing, best-practice training, networking, and advocacy for customer engagement excellence.

Our mission is to lead industry growth and improvement by elevating customer engagement and setting high standards of excellence through education, collaboration, and advocacy.
